The Opportunity
A vibrant venue in the heart of the city, known for its energetic atmosphere, stylish interiors, food and drinks, and lively social scene, perfect for groups and celebrations.
We’re looking for a Pizza Chef to run a section and thrive in a highly autonomous role. The successful candidate will be happy to work independently for most shifts, serving 100+ pizzas per service.
However, this person will also be expected to collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff during busy service periods, as the venue thrives on high-volume trade.
In this role, you'll seamlessly pivot between preparing fresh ingredients, including sauces, cheeses, meats, and vegetables, to assisting with menu development, inventory management, and ordering.
