Accountable & responsible for Sell In and Sell Out Sales performance of all distributors and trade customers.

• Set monthly sales target for distributors' salesman.
• Sales Deduction management - allocation breakdown by distributors.
• Monthly promotion and sales deduction planning.

Monitor Territory Coverage

• Develop and execute sales itinerary for sales team to ensure 100% coverage on agreed frequency.
• Review and update itinerary periodically.
• Responsible for customer database maintenance.

Drive Product Distribution & Sales Growth

• Monitor compliance of MSU list.
• Timely implementation of promotional activities/campaign.
• Maximize usage of POS materials and replacement.

Control Market Hygiene

• Accountable for market returns from distributors and customers.
• Organize clearance of aging stocks.
