This is a high-impact, trial-focused position offering significant hands-on experience and the opportunity to manage a robust caseload while developing strong litigation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury matters from inception through pre-trial stages
- Conduct case investigations, evaluate liability and damages, and develop case strategy
