What do you need to be considered for this incredible opportunity?
- Have at least five (5) years of experience as a building inspector with a government organization & three (3) years of experience as a plans examiner.
- Have ICC Certification as a Building Plans Examiner or be able to obtain certification within six (6) months of start date.
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or related field is preferred.
- Supervisory experience is preferred
- At least two (2) years of experience related to enforcement and/or application of property maintenance, building, sign, zoning, and codes is preferred.
