Job Description
**PLANNER**
The **Planner**is responsible for controlling raw material inventory based on purchases made, maintaining optimal levels to avoid stockouts.
Plan the production of customer orders received in our ERP system, and provide appropriate follow-up to ensure timely shipment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Download the open order file
- Release new orders
- Create the open order report
- Send the open order report and priority list to production
- Process new orders
- Print kanbans and forward them to production
- Track expedited orders until shipment
- Maintain expedited orders and maintain orders in the system in a timely manner
- Send the latency report
- Generate purchase orders for the required raw materials and send them to the supplier
- Attend weekly meetings
- Maintain planning parameters for manufactured components
- Provide support for audits
