About the Role:

The Factory Planner (Contract Manufacturing)is responsible forend‑to‑end production planning, materials coordination, and delivery performance management across external Contract Manufacturers (CMs).The role ensures supply continuity,optimalinventory levels—including consigned materials—and on‑time delivery of finished goods to meet business and customer demand.

Acting as the primary operational interface with CM partners, the Planner drives schedule adherence, resolves material and capacity constraints, and manages demand‑supply alignment across multiple stakeholders. The role also supports continuous improvement initiatives by strengthening planning processes, improving forecast accuracy, and enhancing overall supply chain responsiveness and execution.

Work Location: ONSITE – Pasir Gudang, Johor Bahru.
