Functions.

·Receipt, review, and comments on weekly construction reports issued by on-site contractors and by the main contractor from the office (Construction scope).

·Receipt, review, and comments on monthly reports issued by on-site contractors and by the main contractor from the office (Construction scope).

·Support to the site management team in preparing construction input for the client's internal reports.

·Daily/weekly monitoring of Level IV construction schedules and associated activities, and review against the overall Level III project schedule.

·Review and provide comments on construction schedules issued monthly by contractors, and distribute internally for feedback (on site).

·Detailed weekly review of construction progress by discipline and contractor, as well as overall integrated progress.

·Monitoring of direct and indirect man-hours consumption on site.
