Qualifications
- Provide scheduling services across diverse Infrastructure projects
- Conduct Pre-baseline reviews of contractor’s programmes to check adherence to the required contractual requirements and industry standard scheduling practices.
- Prepare progress update reports and highlight key schedule risks and opportunities to the clients.
- Recommend corrective action and create acceleration programmes in case of major delays.
- Arrange meetings with multiple client-side stakeholders to understand their inputs and deliverables during the project and create an Integrated Master Works Programme including all these dependencies linked to Main Contractor’s programme.
- To provide sound advice to the clients during all phases of the project regarding the most efficient timelines of carrying out multi-staged complex construction projects.
