Planning Engineer- Fitout

The Planning Engineer will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules for commercial, retail, hospitality, and high‑end fit‑out projects across the UAE. The role will ensure projects are delivered on time through effective planning, progress monitoring, resource forecasting, and coordination with project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed project programmes using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Develop baseline schedules, procurement schedules, manpower histograms, and recovery programmes.
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules and identify potential delays.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients.
• Analyse project performance using critical path and earned value techniques.
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, procurement, design, and subcontractors to ensure programme compliance.
