Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project schedules for construction, M&E, and process systems, overseeing the progression from concept design to testing and commissioning.
- Calculate the duration and resource requirements for major construction activities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and technical submissions for tendering.
- Handle site planning and monitoring, ensuring smooth implementation of work schedules.
- Prepare and manage RI/TOP schedules, ensuring seamless handover processes.
- Formulate and prepare extension of time (EOT) claims.
