Planning Engineer (Water Infrastructure)

Responsibilities

• Develop the project execution plan with appropriate engineering techniques and milestone sequences.
• Set activity targets and ensure they meet DM specifications and requirements.
• Estimate timescales and costs using specialized design software (Primavera).
• Monitor day‑to‑day work progress and provide accurate weekly and monthly reports, communicating potential delays or slippages.
• Track and analyze field results, comparing planned vs. actual progress and reporting differences to the lead project manager.
• Study the impact of alternative approaches.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree from a recognized university.
• Background in civil engineering with knowledge and work experience of not less than ten years in design and construction programming/planning of similar projects.
