Planning Manager (LNG Oil & Gas)

Lead the development and maintenance of integrated project, maintenance, shutdown, turnaround, commissioning, or operational schedules. Establish the planning structure, work breakdown structure, scheduling procedures, coding systems, progress-measurement methods, and reporting calendar. Integrate engineering, procurement, construction, maintenance, operations, commissioning, logistics, and contractor schedules into a single master schedule. Coordinate with discipline managers and contractors to define activity sequences, durations, resources, interfaces, constraints, and critical milestones. Monitor actual progress against approved baselines and analyse schedule variance, critical-path movement, productivity, and forecast completion dates. Develop schedule-recovery plans, mitigation strategies, look-ahead schedules, and alternative execution scenarios when delays or constraints occur.
