What you’ll be doing:
As a Planning Manager, you’ll:
- Lead, coach and develop a team of planners, building a high-performing, forward-thinking function
- Own workforce planning and forecasting, ensuring the business is prepared to meet both current and future demand
- Take a hands-on approach using WFM systems to optimise resource allocation and planning accuracy
- Analyse historical trends, real-time data, and forecasts to proactively identify risks and opportunities
- Work closely with scheduling and operations teams to ensure plans translate effectively into delivery
