Job Title: Planning Obligations Officer (6-Month Contract) Duration: 6 Months (Temporary) --- Summary The Planning Obligations Officer plays a crucial role in the administration, monitoring, and reporting of Planning Obligations within the Royal Borough of Greenwich. This includes managing the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) and Section 106 agreements. The position ensures that obligations are collected and utilized in accordance with regulations and legal agreements, thereby supporting infrastructure delivery and community development initiatives. --- Key Responsibilities Planning Obligations & Monitoring Monitor and manage all planning obligations (CIL and Section 106 contributions) using internal systems.
