Responsibilities
- Coordinate and align delivery schedules with planned production and actual consumption to maintain seamless operations.
- Evaluate and adjust delivery vs. consumption rates to optimize resource allocation and reduce bottlenecks.
- Oversee the activities of material controllers to ensure proper storage, handling, and issuance of materials in support of production requirements.
- Manage production office storage areas to ensure organized and efficient access to necessary materials and supplies.
- Establish and monitor work schedules for production support staff to meet production goals effectively.
- Promote and uphold workplace discipline, addressing performance and conduct issues as required.
