Job Description

Responsibilities

:
  • Support the execution of branch strategy and oversee day-to-day operational matters.

  • Prepare various reports and act as the liaison with Tokyo Head Office and other relevant internal and external stakeholders.

  • Develop presentation materials for management, seminars, and other related purposes.

  • Provide project management and administrative support, including coordination of business trips, meetings, and various internal activities.

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure smooth communication within the branch and with Headquarters.

    • Qualifications:

  • Japanese Nationals are preferred.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking industry, preferably in planning, administration, or coordination roles.
