Responsibilities
Managing cost control, financial planning and strategy, operational planning, and exploring new business opportunities.Knowing other food/beverage processes is highly valued both in terms of operational efficiency and overall financial management.Being hands-on knowledge of financial and operational reporting and controls.Understanding of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources).Being familiar with industry-standard equipment and technical expertise.Being knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory, and stewardship processes.Working closely with the CEO to achieve targets specified in AOP and striving to achieve operational and financial goals....
