The Plant Controller is responsible for financial leadership at the manufacturing site, ensuring accurate costing, strong internal controls, operational insight, and decision support. This role partners closely with plant leadership to drive cost efficiency, margin improvement, and financial discipline in a batch and lot controlled food manufacturing environment using ProcessPro ERP. Core Accounting & Financial Responsibilities

Own plant level financial statements, including P&L, inventory, and cost of goods sold (COGS)

Manage standard costing, cost rollups, and variance analysis (materials, labor, overhead, yield)

Oversee inventory accounting, including raw materials, WIP, and finished goods

Ensure accurate accounting for: Batch and lot production Yield, scrap, spoilage, and rework Co-products and byproducts (as applicable)
