We’re Hiring: Plant Controller – Manufacturing Industry Our client in the manufacturing sector is seeking an experienced Plant Controller to join their team. This is a key leadership role partnering with plant operations and corporate finance to drive financial performance, cost control, and operational efficiency. What You’ll Do:

Lead full-cycle plant accounting including cost accounting, reporting, and month-end close Prepare financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and KPI analysis Ensure accuracy of inventory, BOMs, standard costing, and variance analysis Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs (labor, materials, overhead) Maintain strong internal controls and support audit requirements Partner with operations to support plant performance and improvement initiatives Lead and develop a small accounting team Required Qualifications:
