  Job Description 
  PURPOSE:  
 To provide leadership and technical expertise in developing world class maintenance and engineering organizations within complex 24 hour per day plant operation. To lead and support lean plant flows and initiatives, safety and environmental initiatives and overall quality and efficiency within processes while supporting the plant strategy and AWC Vision. To act as an integral part of the plant leadership team and a leader of AWC culture. 
  ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 
 Lead design, improvement and development of manufacturing. Define, develop and implement manufacturing process best practices and standard operating procedures.
 Overall coordination of plant property, equipment maintenance, and process controls.
 Drive improvements in efficiency, first pass yield and quality through OEE, TPM, and PM processes implementing autonomous maintenance throughout the manufacturing proces...
