JOB PURPOSE

Unilever has strong focus to enable the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) agenda, manufacturing footprint transformation, coupled with the future of work and human rights commitments in USLP, along with building external relationships, central monitoring and building of capabilities.

HRBP works directly with Business Leadership in strategizing, identifying, developing and managing strategic human resources programs/interventions to grow the Unilever business.
