Plant Maintenance & CAPEX Lead - Reliability & Upgrades

Nouryon is seeking a Maintenance & CAPEX Manager for our Los Reyes facility in Mexico. This permanent, full-time role involves leading maintenance operations, managing teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and over 5 years of experience in plant maintenance. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required, along with solid knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
