Plant Maintenance Lead — Reliability & Sustainability

Midas Safety Pakistan is looking for an experienced plant maintenance professional based in Karachi Division. You will lead maintenance operations to ensure the reliability and efficiency of all equipment and infrastructure while executing projects for improvements and modifications that align with business needs.

The ideal candidate should have 1 - 2 years of experience in plant maintenance within a textile firm. You will also conduct RCA for major failures, drive energy optimization projects for sustainability, and maintain optimal inventory levels of spare parts.
