Plant Maintenance & Reliability Manager

Link-Worldwide is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Mexico. This role will ensure the availability of production plant equipment and oversee the preventive maintenance program. The ideal candidate will have a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background and at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.

You will be responsible for managing the department budget, coordinating preventive maintenance, and promoting compliance with safety regulations. Fluent English is required for this position.
