Plant Maintenance Team Leader Port Elizabeth

Requirements

• Trade Test or Technical Qualification in a maintenance-related field (NQF 5 or equivalent)
• Certificate in Supervisory or First Line Management will be beneficial
• Approximately 5 years maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• At least 1–2 years experience in a supervisory capacity
• Experience working shifts will be advantageous
• Strong knowledge of maintenance systems, processes, and safety legislation
• Computer literacy (MS Office and maintenance/ERP systems such as SAP preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage preventative, predictive, and breakdown maintenance to reduce equipment downtime
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and supervise maintenance teams and artisans
