  Job Summary 
 Plant Manager shall oversee compliance and regulatory requirements for product quality, product compliance (such as NFPA Standards) and all company and factory policies such as but not limited to EH&S, OSHA and ISO regulations. The managers responsibilities include maintaining a clean & safe work environment while managing all supervisors, new hires, training, production needs, materials, labor, overhead and plant financials.
 
  Essential Functions 
 Supervises all department managers, office manager, warehouse, mechanic, and shipping supervisor.
 Establishes team and individual accountability, while engaging with employees for best performance and appraisals.
 Fosters a positive work environment and helps maintain good morale with all employees.
 Encourages innovation and new product development for sales and problem solving, with all employees.
