Plant Manager

This role is responsible for leading total plant operations which includes production, engineering, finance, and logistics, to maximize equipment and manpower utilization while meeting budget and timeline objectives. The focus is on driving operational excellence by reducing costs, improving productivity, and maintaining a robust quality management system to ensure customer satisfaction and safety compliance. You will also be expected to mentor and develop cross-functional teams to achieve high-performance standards and continuous process improvement Requirements Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering disciplines (Electrical ,Electronic or Mechatronics ) is required.
