Plant Manager, new start-up

As a member of the executive leadership team, the Plant Manager is responsible for the cost effective operations and for the infrastructure to deliver high quality products and services. Establishes goals, monitors work/workflow, and evaluates results to ensure that departmental and organizational objectives and operating requirements are met.

• Direct and monitor staff to meet and exceed goals of the manufacturing plan, consistent with established manufacturing and safety procedures.
• Direct and manage daily plant operations for production, maintenance, engineering, quality assurance, safety, and production control.
