Plant Manager Position

Our client in the building/manufacturing industry has a position available for a Plant Manager.

Salary: Highly Negotiable

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Production/Engineering
• 10+ Years’ experience in Production Management
• Stamping Plant experience – up to 400 ton presses
• Sound industrial relations experience
• Quality Management and Continuous improvement experience

Duties:

• Manage, plant and direct Stamping and Steel Production, Warehouse, Maintenance Toolroom of the plant
• Drive project objectives for each department.
• Coordinate and drive automation improvements and maintenance activities including capital and non-capital projects
• Prepare and execute Capex requests
• Implement basic PLC and sensor systems
