About the position

The Plant Operator C&PM is part
of the Firebreak Management team within the Parks and Recreation
branch. The team oversees three dam estates, a range of rural and
urban parks, and several escarpment parks across the region. These
areas support a range of recreational activities and hold
significant conservation value, requiring tailored fire and
biosecurity management while upholding community expectations,
safety, and wellbeing.
