Plant Performance & Smart Factory Lead

Ferrero International is seeking a Plant Performance & Projects Lead for its Hazelnut Company Chile team in Rancagua. In this role, you will drive plant performance improvement by implementing the Ferrero Operational Excellence Program and Smart Factory initiatives.

The ideal candidate holds a Degree in Engineering and has proven experience in Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing. Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English are essential for effective collaboration and initiative driving.
