Plant Performance & Smart Factory Lead

Ferrero International is seeking a Plant Performance & Projects Lead to join our Hazelnut Company Chile team in Temuco.

In this role, you will drive improvements in plant performance by implementing the Ferrero Operational Excellence Program and overseeing cross-functional projects, including budget planning and tracking. Candidates should possess a degree in Engineering and experience in Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing.

You should be fluent in both Spanish and English to effectively collaborate across departments.
