Position Overview:
The Set-Up Technician Trainee position is designed for individuals beginning a career in injection molding. This role provides hands-on training and mentorship to develop the skills required for mold set-up and equipment preparation. Trainees will assist experienced technicians and gradually take on more responsibilities as proficiency increases.







Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Participate in structured training to learn mold set-up processes and safety procedures

• Shadow experienced technicians during mold installation and removal

• Assist with basic tasks such as cleaning molds, organizing tools, and preparing work areas

• Learn to identify and gather materials, resin, and packaging for upcoming jobs
