Role Overview

We are seeking an engineer to support the SaaS Upgrade team by maintaining and upgrading the internal E2E environment used to validate platform releases and new components. The role will work closely with the Platform Support Lead and partner with Engineering, DevOps, Product, and Release Management teams to ensure the environment remains aligned with the latest platform releases. This position is well suited to someone with a support engineering, DevOps or enterprise application support background, with experience troubleshooting application environments and working alongside engineering teams to investigate issues introduced by new releases. As the platform continues to evolve toward a more modular architecture, this role will help validate new services and interfaces early in the release cycle and document the upgrade processes that will later be used by the SaaS upgrade team when upgrading client environments.
