Job Summary

UOB Innovation Hub 2 (IH2) is a specialized offshore technology delivery center for United Overseas Bank (UOB) located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, focused on developing digital banking solutions. The Tech Environment Manager role is to support and strengthen environmental service delivery through technical service build execution with robust governance, coordination, and process management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a technical team based in IH2, drive service build contributions, and ensure environments are delivered consistently, securely, and aligned to enterprise standards to support application testing, performance, and regression activities.
