Platform Engineer (Bogotá)

Role Summary

The Microsoft 365 Platform Engineer is responsible for the engineering, configuration, and continuous improvement of Microsoft365 services in line with enterprise standards and governance. The role focuses on building, operating, and improving the M365 platform rather than end‑user support, training, or security operations. Engineers operate within a globally governed platform model, contributing specialist expertise while working as part of a cohesive M365 product team.

Platform Engineering & Operations

• Implement and maintain Microsoft365 configurations aligned to agreed standards.
• Support release, change, and lifecycle management for M365 services.
• Proactively identify and eliminate recurring platform issues through automation and standardization.
