Insight Global is looking to add 2 Platform Engineers to their clients team located in the St. louis, MO area. In this role, you’ll partner closely with engineering teams to improve system reliability, scalability, and performance across enterprise applications. You’ll define and implement SLOs/SLIs and service health metrics while strengthening observability through monitoring, dashboards, and alerting. A key part of your day will involve leading and participating in incident response, conducting root cause analysis, and driving follow-through improvements. You’ll build and maintain automation and tooling to reduce manual effort, review architectures for resilience and recovery, and support Kubernetes and Azure-based environments.
