Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and delivering end-to-end technology integration projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Work closely with internal teams (Technology, Product, Operations) and external partners to design and execute integration solutions
- Evaluate third-party tools, platforms, and APIs to enhance system capabilities and performance
- Support the development and implementation of APIs, microservices, and middleware to enable smooth system connectivity
- Monitor system performance, ensuring reliability, scalability, and efficiency across integrated platforms
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, standards, and best practices
