Job Purpose
The Platform Owner — Cards is accountable for the end‑to‑end run and change lifecycle of RAKBANK’s cards technology platforms, including TSYS Prime 4, TSYS Online Authorization, and post‑facto fraud systems, managing them as a strategic internal bank product. The role ensures platform stability, availability, fraud effectiveness, and API‑driven capability exposure in a millisecond‑critical, scheme‑governed environment, while driving continuous evolution to support new card products, digital wallets, tokenisation, contactless payments, and UAE local and international scheme mandates. Acting as the bank’s primary IT authority for cards, the Platform Owner leads specialist engineering and BA teams and represents the platform in business, scheme, and regulatory engagements, balancing operational excellence with forward‑looking innovation to meet the needs of Personal, SME, Commercial, and Corporate banking segments.
