Contract: Full Time, Permanent.

Salary: Up to £36,425.30 per annum, plus company van & fuel card.

Hours: 42.5 hours per week (8–5 Monday–Friday).

This is a practical, hands‑on role where you’ll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of plumbing repairs and maintenance tasks in occupied social housing properties. You’ll work directly with residents, so strong customer‑service skills are essential.
