We are recruiting a Multi‑Trade Plumber to work with a large social housing provider, carrying out reactive maintenance in occupied properties across Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. This is a full‑time temporary position with the potential to be permanent for the right person.

Your new role

  • Carrying out multi‑trade tasks where required (basic joinery, tiling, patch plastering, etc.)
  • Providing excellent customer service while working in tenants’ homes
  • Ensuring all work ispleted safely and to a high standard
  • Managing workload effectively to meet response times

    • What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as a multi‑trade plumber
  • NVQ or City & Guilds qualification desirable
  • Strong background in reactive maintenance
  • Ability to work professionally in occupied properties
  • Own van preferred, although apany van may be available
