Responsibilities You will serve as a Plumber and be responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance (PM/CM) on plumbing, electrical and air conditioning, HVAC, as well as a variety of tasks involved in the upkeep of buildings, grounds and related structures, fixtures, and utilities.
