Plumbing Maintenance Team Lead – Facilities & Reliability

Serco is looking for a Team Leader in Dubai responsible for the efficient maintenance of all assets and personnel. The role includes ensuring high reliability and safety during shifts while guiding Technicians and managing maintenance service delivery.

The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in Facility Maintenance, hold relevant certifications, and possess strong technical knowledge in plumbing and mechanical systems.
