JOB SUMMARY
The Toolroom PM Technician is responsible for performing preventative maintenance on all Injection Molds in the facility.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Comply with Westlake Safety Policies and Procedures
Knowledge of general repair, hydraulic and electrical
Follow standard work and safety practices to perform routine maintenance activities
Dismantle molds using hand tools and power tools
Inspect molds to determine changes in dimensional requirements, using rules, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments
Adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments, using hand tools and power tools
