PMC Engineering Manager - Site (Pipelines)

Responsibilities

• Manage all engineering aspects of the Project to ensure the technical objectives are met within the approved scope, budget and schedule.
• Provide leadership to the Engineering Department and the FEED Engineering Contractor.
• Ensure adequate technical expertise is available to perform technical reviews of deliverables developed by engineering consultants and contractors.
• Pursue economical design optimization.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, HSE guidelines and best practices.
• Coordinate and interface with other Technical Departments, Business Units, Operations and contractors/consultants to resolve technical issues and ensure quality engineering execution and integrity.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of Engineering Consultant(s) engineering activities and compliance with contract, project specifications, relevant codes and standards, and best practices.
