PMO Analyst (24 Month FTC)

We’re looking for a PMO Analyst to join our Group Functions Change & Delivery team. This role is key to supporting governance and control across our portfolio, ensuring projects run effectively and stakeholders receive the highest level of service. If you’re organised, collaborative, and passionate about enabling successful delivery, we’d love to hear from you.What you’ll be doing:

Coordinating governance forums and reporting cycles to support effective portfolio management

Producing and reviewing artefacts for governance forums including status reports, RAID logs and change control

Tracking portfolio and project costs, supporting forecasts and monitoring adherence to budgets

Supporting project documentation creation and quality checking for stage gate processes

Leading process improvements and cost reduction initiatives to promote continuous improvement
