Description
Drive financial accountability across assigned programs and ensure delivery within approved budgets
Design, plan, and execute technical programs aligned with Flightscape's strategic objectives and product roadmaps
Coordinate closely with Development and Product teams to ensure roadmap alignment and on-time delivery
Lead end-to-end program planning, including scope, resources, budget, schedule, dependencies, and milestones
Establish and maintain governance frameworks, including program controls, reporting, and release management processes
Manage program-level risks, issues, and changes; proactively identify mitigation strategies
Drive execution by holding stakeholders accountable and removing delivery roadblocks
Produce metrics-driven reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations to support decision-making
