Job Description
Key Objective
- To achieve Service Level Agreement (SLA) set for Policy and Endorsement Issuance
- To achieve Productivity based on UPH
- To achieve Availability (Core work) set
- Quality check of documentation for policy processing
- Client code creation and data capturing of policy or risk information in system (New business/Endorsement/Renewal/Cancellation)
- Data capturing of policy/risk information in system
- Assist to raise refund to Insured due to over payment including endorsement and cancellation
- To ensure accuracy of risk details
- Attending phone calls/emails from business units and intermediary
- Ensure policies/endorsements are issued within the turnaround time
- Sorting and dispatching of policies / endorsements, binding and filing of documents
- User Acceptance Test (UAT)
- Any other duties as assigned
