Policy Servicing Manager, High Net Worth Operations

Policy Servicing Manager is responsible to provide professional policy servicing support to ensure premium financing arrangement and after sales services can be completed effectively and efficiently

**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Handle undertaking/ assignment on policies with premium financing /pledging arrangement
+ Provide all-round support on after sales services (including policy services and claims) on all high net worth and premium financing policies
+ Facilitate the case issuance with new business team and cashier
+ Deal with banks in related to premium financing issues
+ Work with Legal department to come up the approved assignment document for various banks
+ Handle enquiries from business partners, both internal and external, provide proactive and timely follow-up
+ Prepare cash value letters, handle quarterly cash value statement and annual policy report
