Pontoon Supervisor

Position Summary

:Supervises a team of HRR pontoon employees that may include Greeters, Photographers, and River Guides. Ensures that the team is providing outstanding customer service by providing such services as greeting, orientating, taking photographs, providing information regarding the Grand Canyon, Colorado River, Hualapai tourism offerings and taking passengers on pontoon boat tours. Manages the daily pontoon operation following safety procedures, overseeing the maintenance of equipment and boats, scheduling river guides and making sure there is adequate staff coverage. Handles inventory of supplies and equipment. Supervises daily inspections of all equipment prior to, during and upon conclusion of each trip for defects, damages and general safety precautions. Responsible for daily sales reports and passenger counts of pontoon operation. Reconciles vouchers with the ticketing system. Completes reports regarding operation of business, as directed.
